Cancellation Policy
Life happens — we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of the service.

Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. This ensures your treatment begins on time and you receive the full experience.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client’s time, but the full service fee will still apply.

Payment & Gratuity
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Gratuity is always appreciated, though never expected.
